All our ingredients are sourced from ESMA-certified and internationally recognized premium suppliers. Our meats come from trusted farms in Australia, New Zealand, and the UAE. We maintain direct relationships with our suppliers and conduct regular audits to ensure full compliance with the highest quality standards. Our kitchen is independently certified and we maintain a strict no-cross-contamination policy at every stage of preparation.
Absolutely. We design menus that accommodate a wide range of dietary requirements including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and low-sodium options. During your consultation, we map out every guest's dietary needs. Our chefs are experienced in creating dishes that are both inclusive and exceptional, so no one feels like they are eating a compromise. Every dietary menu receives the same level of creativity and attention as our core offerings.
Our Private Chef Experience caters to as few as 2 guests, making it perfect for intimate occasions. For full-service event catering, our minimum is 20 guests. Wedding and corporate packages typically start at 50 guests, though we are flexible and can tailor packages to your specific needs. There is no maximum limit; we have successfully catered events with over 500 guests across the UAE and the broader Gulf region.
We are based in Al Quoz, Dubai, and provide full-service catering across all seven emirates. Our core delivery radius covers Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman with no additional logistics fee. For events in Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain, a small transport fee applies. We also accept bookings in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, and Oman for large-scale events, with travel arrangements discussed during consultation.
For weddings and large-scale events, we recommend booking at least 8 to 12 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow time for menu development, tastings, and logistics planning. Corporate events and private dining can often be arranged with 2 to 4 weeks notice. During peak seasons like Ramadan and the December to February wedding season, we strongly advise booking as early as possible. For last-minute requests, contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Yes, every menu we create is fully bespoke. While we offer signature collections as starting points, our chefs work with you to design a menu that reflects your personal taste, cultural traditions, and event theme. Whether you want a fusion of Lebanese and Japanese cuisine, a traditional Emirati feast, or a modern European-inspired menu, we build it from the ground up. A complimentary tasting session is included for events over 100 guests, so you can experience and refine every dish before your event.
